Professional Rate Structure
Our Professional Rate Structure reflects the education, training, and experience level of each Stylist.
Consultations & Colour Appointments
For an accurate and detailed quote, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation with your Stylist. This allows us to discuss your hair goals, desired outcome, and beauty budget.
Pricing for all colour services may vary based on hair length, density, condition, and product usage. A product surcharge may be applied at the time of payment when additional product is required to complete your service.
All new colour clients are required to complete a consultation at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. This ensures your Stylist has a clear understanding of your hair goals and can properly prepare to achieve your desired result.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Elevation Hair Studio has a 48-hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
We understand that schedules can change and are happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling when provided with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within the 48-hour window will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee, charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellation Fees
Colour & Chemical Services: 50%-100% of the scheduled service may apply to cancellations within 48 hours. Fees are determined based on the circumstances of the cancellation and whether the appointment can be refilled.
All Haircut Services: 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
We offer a 10-minute grace period at the start of your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we are unable to complete the full service as scheduled, or a cancellation fee may apply.
Green Circle Salon Fee
At Elevation Hair Studio, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and responsibly managing salon waste.
As a Green Circle Certified Salon, a $3.00 environmental fee is added to all colour services and a $0.75 fee is added to all other services. These fees support the responsible recycling and recovery of salon materials, including colour waste, foils, hair, and other salon waste.

THE BOLD COLOUR — BY CONSULTATION
For colour that's meant to be noticed. A customized creative colour service for vivid, bold, or unconventional shades. From pops of colour to statement transformations, this service is tailored to your desired result.

Any Blonding Service can also be customized to create a lived-in look. Add a Rooted Gloss to your chosen Blonding Service for additional depth and a soft, seamless finish.
THE LIVED-IN — BY CONSULTATION
Soft, dimensional colour designed for a seamless grow-out. Customized highlighting or balayage placement creates brightness and movement while maintaining natural depth at the root for an effortless, lived-in finish.
